PRIVACY
PROTOCOL.
At JDW Capital, data integrity is a structural pillar. We maintain rigid protocols to protect the confidentiality of our clients and assets.
GOVERNANCE &
INTELLIGENCE.
1.0 DATA CLASSIFICATION
JDW Capital classifies data into two structural streams: **Operational Intelligence** (property metrics, financial performance, structural audits) and **Personal Identifiers** (names, contact details, financial credentials).
Operational intelligence is processed to engineer portfolio growth. Personal identifiers are strictly governed and used only to facilitate the contractual relationship between JDW Capital and the stakeholder.
2.0 DIGITAL FOOTPRINT & TRACKING
Our platform utilizes **Technical Cookies** and **Analytical Tracers** to optimize the user interface and monitor system stability. These digital markers allow us to understand architectural interaction patterns without compromising individual identity.
Users may configure their terminal settings to reject tracking markers; however, this may result in fragmented performance within our secure portals.
3.0 THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE PROTOCOLS
Data is never traded or deployed for external marketing. Disclosure is limited to **Essential Operational Partners**—including regulatory bodies, specialized legal counsel, and financial institutions—who are bound by structural confidentiality agreements (NDAs) that match or exceed JDW Capital's internal standards.
4.0 RETENTION LIFECYCLE
We maintain asset data for the duration of the operational relationship plus a mandatory structural retention period of seven (7) years to comply with financial auditing and legal requirements. Upon completion of this lifecycle, data is subject to **Permanent Erasure Protocols**.
5.0 JURISDICTIONAL RIGHTS
Stakeholders in specific jurisdictions (including California, New York, and the EU) maintain enhanced rights under CCPA, SHIELD, and GDPR frameworks. These include the right to **Structural Portability**, **Access to Intelligence**, and the **Right to Erasure**.
All inquiries regarding jurisdictional rights should be directed to our Legal Infrastructure Team at hello@jdwcapital.com with the subject line "DATA ACCESS REQUEST."
6.0 PROTOCOL UPDATES
This protocol is a living document. Structural updates may be deployed as regulatory landscapes shift. Significant modifications will be signaled through our primary digital interface and through stakeholder alerts.
